So my law review note is now centering around the throwaway argument that I put back in to get my rough draft up to the page requirements. The concept that intangible property means something other than the obvious is really tantalizing, and I’m finding all kinds of support for it. Whether or not that translates to a good article, we’ll see.

Routing takes too long. I am itching to build this thing, but can’t until I’ve rounded off all the boards. Tedium always gets in the way.
At the High St Starbucks reading “On Writing Well,” because teacher training starts at 6 pm, not 5.
Routing is not a quick process. 4 boards down, 28 to go.
Playing with Warren’s toys, I realize the only thing I know about the hippo from my suburban childhood is that it is always hungry hungry.
What about an iPhone time-tracking app? Anyone have recommendations there? Anyone? Bueler?
Looking for briefcase recommendations. Something that will fit a 15” MBP. Help me Twitter friends, you’re my only hope.
Sometimes I think this $7 bottle of Tylenol PM is the best purchase I’ve ever made.
Getting out of bed at midnight only to find nothing suitable to snack on is like someone saying “the magic was inside you, all along.” Bah.
All of the sick nastiness that I put off all semester? It’s hitting me today.
It feels very strange to have nothing to do. I may take a short nap.
And so I’m now a 2L, since I just turned in my last exam. I expected more confetti.
KHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAN law!
Just got home from Celebration, sober. It’s sad to not be able to take real advantage of an open bar.

Time for some wings.
It’s a horribly nerdy joke, and a pun at the same time. Want! http://bit.ly/Wi2dQ
So, if I understand ‘mootness’ right, this means the courts won’t hear my motion to get Duke Nukem Forever released, eh? http://bit.ly/tqXMu
Justice White: “Why didn’t the Sierra Club have one goddamn member walk through the park and then there would have been standing to sue?”
And my Con Law outline is done, with 40 hours remaining before the test.
Even SCOTUS knows how to employ a good emphatic curse when necessary.
What? The UK bookstore doesn’t have stencils specifically for flowcharting? My unexploited-market-sense is going off.
A nigh-midnight snack of Cocoa Krispies is nowhere near as satisfying without the frozen blueberries that normally join it. Sad now.
Enough! You’ll not haunt my dreams this night, law school.
Studying at the law library. Didn’t even bring my laptop, that’s how dedicated I am. Pay no attention to the twitterer behind the curtain.
Dear God, the Yum brands logo. Words cannot express how awful. Except maybe MS Word, in which it must have been created.
Cool. The 501st is coming to Joseph Beth on July 18. I can start Veronica’s formal induction.
My exam-prep time might be better served by inventing a time-stopper than learning Federal Rules. It’s a goal I’m more likely to succeed at.
I am incapable of writing four hours worth of essay. I think I did alright, but ye gods.
Ugh. Sick. Nerves. Property exam tomorrow.
Making an outline of my Property outline in 9pt Calibri - trying to keep it to one page front and back.

Yum! $1 Blue Moon drafts at BD’s Mongolian Grill. This could have a negative impact on studying.
I love that my new showerhead has a setting that can only be called crazy-go-nuts.
If only there was an episode of Little Einsteins about adverse possession or easements. “Silly socks” won’t be on my property exam, I think.
Contracts exam is over, and I’m buying Zingers, not King Dons. Who remembers the code?
Last step of Contracts studying: dumping knowledge into the back pages of the supplement. Hopefully I’ll retain something from the process.
The fact that his species is inexplicably dying out only generates so much sympathy.
I hate this one particular bee. I’m going to name him asshole.

This is the amicus brief filed with the Kentucky Supreme Court regarding the constitutional issues involved in the seizure of domain names.
My flowchart of UCC §2-601 and its offspring is perfectly tendered. On an unrelated note, studying for exams has sapped all my humor away.
The LPL audit is official. Unfortunately, the article is only about the audit occurring, not about people going to jail. http://bit.ly/BwGCE
Packing a suitcase for the minimarathon tomorrow - there are more law books in it than clothes and shoes.
Based on my performance on the Property practice exam multiple choice questions, no one should ever let me near a deed.
It’s aggravating, but not surprising, that every tool Cook’s Illustrated ranks highly is no longer being produced.
GarageBand has crashed twice, causing me to lose my recorded Contracts outline at about the halfway point, twice. Die, GarageBand, Die.
Re: exams; I find my lack of panic disturbing. (Because when the shit hits the fan, Star Wars references are always appropriate.)
Just finished my last run before the miniMarathon this Saturday. Between it and law exams next week, I wish I felt ready for something.
Does anyone know a way to get around the country-detection on the BBC website, so I can watch Doctor Who on the web?
I am reasonably certain there are many good reasons not to get back in bed. One’s gonna come to me any moment now. I’m sure.
