So my law review note is now centering around the throwaway argument that I put back in to get my rough draft up to the page requirements. The concept that intangible property means something other than the obvious is really tantalizing, and I’m finding all kinds of support for it. Whether or not that translates to a good article, we’ll see.
I'm a law student gearing up for my third year. This has taken over my life, but I still find time to be a father of two and a bit of a geek.
